I know the economy is suffering right now and I am currently employed by a small business but why are we destroying one another.
I can't help but feel angry about why companies are so picky about employees. Everyone can learn there is nobody out there who can't be trained. We complain about how Joe Smith lost his job down the street but we do nothing to help one another out.
Two weeks later we are in the same position as Joe Smith and then we get angry when no one helps us out. We are the future, sooner or later we will become the future business leaders. Now tell me how can we do that if businesses only want those who are the best of the best?
Everyone has their weaknesses but they also have their strong points. The best of the best employees have their downfalls too, but they learn from them the same as someone who is not the best of the best. So what makes them so different in the real world?
A wise man once told me, "you don't have to be first, you don't have to be the best, just be different."
So why don't we help strenghten America and give those jobs back to those less fortunate, you may find out that they will value their jobs more than those who never lost their jobs to begin with.
